A majority of our clients prepare a written job offer which indicates main terms and conditions of the candidate’s employment. If the offer does not meet your expectations or you have any questions, we suggest you contact us to find a compromise solution. You have the right to reject the job offer at any stage prior to signing an employment contract.
If you agree with the terms and conditions offered by the employer, we will confirm with you preferred starting date. From the first day of your new job, we have a replacement guarantee to our client (from three to twelve months). We are always ready to help if you experience any problems while settling in as we are interested in building long-term relationships.
