Reference check

 

Before making a hiring decision, our clients require us to check  references from previous employers, of which we always advise our candidates.
We will never collect references  from the current place of employment if the candidate has not informed his/her company's management about job searching.
Some of our clients conduct internal checks (passport data, certificates of education, employment record data, etc.), using their own security department, of which we always warn in advance and explain the procedure in detail. Some jobs require medical checks.
