Service Sales Engineer

International B2B production company №1 on the market is looking for the service sales engineer.
1. Perform service (repair and mount company products) on customer site, namely:
- travel to customer site to perform service
- when at customer site: mounting (incl. elementary manual product fabrication when needed) with the use of the dedicated equipment, auxiliaries, technology
- operational advice to customers, basing on knowledge of companyproduct range and application, as well as cutting/ joining/ etc. technology
- customer equipment audit for belting maintenance purposes
2. Develop the assigned territory for the purpose of service sales, namely:
- promote company products and solutions within the assigned territory
- focus on the target group of high impact customers, develop new Key Customers
- follow and achieve Service sales budgets and targets set up by the management
- pro-actively plan, forecast and monitor service sales
3. Perform actual service sales within the assigned territory, namely:
- perform direct service sales to end users and equipment manufacturers;
- introduce and present company products and solutions to decision makers and decision making units at buying customers;
- consult customer and study customers requirements in order to fulfill customer needs with proving company best solutions, selecting and offering company products based on customers individual needs and specifics;
- negotiation of commercial terms of service supply with customers, taking responsibility to the terms agreed
- taking orders and handing them over for further fulfillment in accordance to the Company Standards;
- constant maintaining and developing relationship with customers.
4. Be in charge of the dedicated service equipment, its safety and proper functioning.
5. Receive and handle customer claims.
6. Monitor and analyze the competition on the Market, both from from direct deliveries, and from alternative distributors, report to the company management.
Develop and propose counter-actions.
7. Report to the company management according to the corporate standards.
Key Requirements on Candidates:
- higher technical education; economic education is a plus;
- good command of English, written and spoken, is a plus, ability to provide information in a useful and transparent way;
- minimum 5 years experience with focus on selling technological/production equipment and/or its parts and components on the B2B basis, proactive role in a team with high degree of the responsibility;
- previous job experience with international companies is a plus;
- advanced PC user: MS Office;
- valid driving license;
- willingness to travel extensively input
- possibility to work on a home office basis;
- high level of responsibility, self-starter, result orientation, well developed communication and presentation skills, ability to work both individually and in a team
