Our client a uniqueinternational luxury hotel located in the historical center of St Petersburg announces a challenging role of:

F&B Director (St Petersburg)

Responsibilities will include:

continuously driving and developing service operation, standards and quality of customer experience at the hotel

successfully managing and being accountable for all F&B operations at the hotel

creativeapproach towards the food and beverage areas to support the hotels identity

full financial responsibility, including budgeting and business planning

being fully aware of hospitality industry trends to continuously develop the offer

working closely with the hotels other departments (including M&E)

line-managing staff

Whats expected from professional applicants:

relevant F&B Director/Assistant Director/Manager experience at a four/five-star hotel

experience from an international company or abroad with solid track record

fluent English and Russian

strong individual with the leadership skill set and ability to run busy F&B operation at this level

hands-on approach managing business

self-starter with attention to detail

team player experienced in managing large teams with an ability to motivate, coach and direct

good planning and organizational skills

passion for food and beverage and hospitality industry

ideally experienced in opening new venues and / or being part of developing new concepts

good computer skills (Micros, MC, Opera, MS Office)

able to work hours as required including evenings, weekends and holidays

manager on duty shiftswhen required
