Requirements:

- Excellent Educational background connected to Economics, Finance and Commerce or Technical in Chemistry one;

- At least five years of past working experience in commercial management in Chemistry industry

- Strong experience with commercial strategy

- Proven business planning and numerical analysis

- Extensive negotiation experience on high value long-term contracts

- Advanced presentation skills, both written and oral.

- Management of the sales team

- Possess a mature and responsible attitude with good organizational and task orientated skills.

- Behaviors as a strategic thinker, be able to think beyond a spot deal, capable of developing multi-platform marketing solutions, drive them internally and with clients

- MS office user, fluent oral and written English skills, native Russian speaker

- Business degree is a preference

- Able to travel in Russia (visiting clients) and in Europe

Responsibilities:

  • Maximizing and developing existing and new sales opportunities and achieving the optimal revenues at all times, provide long-term and sustainable business.
  • Building profile internally and externally by positioning at the forefront of the industry with regard to knowledge and client servicing.
  • Benchmarking and analysis of competition in the market with the ability to present innovative opportunities.
  • Working with senior management team to provide the necessary insights on ways to optimize our existing business and also generating new business ideas.
  • To be responsible for pricing and discounting, at the same time to ensure objectives budgeted are achieved.
  • Providing regular KPI reporting, forecasts and updates for the business to ensure accurate forecasting, including strategic development plans
  • Relationship management of key clients and partners, supervising all commercial as well as operational aspects of cooperation
  • Permanent search for business development opportunities, achieving synergy, optimizing processes.
  • Managing a commercial team
  • Preparing reports, reviews, perform other tasks as required by GM
