On behalf of our client – a global market leader within its industry (B2B, B2C tools and solutions) – we are currently looking for Marketing Manager
Primary Purpose of Job:
The purpose of this role is to lead the development and implementation of the strategy and plans to ensure profitable sales growth and market share expansion
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives for the Consumer Power Tools and Household Products business by building and driving channel and sales behavior in sell-through.
- Work closely with the sales organization and key customers to develop and implement product positioning and channel specific promo and introduction campaigns, commercial plans and initiatives.
- Lead solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel. Optimize product and portfolio according to the regions’ markets’ and customer needs and commercial requirements in alignment with sales, both strategic and operative.
- Manage and drive the product road map. Establish product positioning, promo and introduction campaigns, and commercial plans and initiatives. Work closely with other teams/ function (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance).
- Establish key markets initiatives and focus areas to drive sales and profit growth. Create quarterly, bi-annual, and/or annual programs and promotions to take market share.
- Develop programs and provide training support to sell to the targeted markets and against the relevant competition.
- Develop leading performance indicators and metrics for business processes and plans. Work closely with the Supply Chain team to manage the demand forecasts, supply planning, and inventory management.
- Manage and maximize promotion budget for the respective brand and/or product/portfolio.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and creates strategic plans to boost market share by improving client utilization and product/service adoption rates through new business opportunities.
- Degree in Marketing and/or Business Administration, high level of commercial orientation and understanding P&L management.
- Over 7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in global multi-national company recognized for its brands and professional marketing practices.
- Previous work experience with Power Tools is essential, as well as knowledge and experience in Modern trade channel and e-commerce
- Proven track record of growing sales and market share expansion
- Strategic thinker with a high level of self motivation to drive business forward in a competitive environment; analytical, persuasive and negotiation skills
- English and Russian languages proficiency both written and spoken.
- Advanced user of MS Office, SAP
