The Marketing Manager is responsible for the planning and implementation of the marketing strategy for our different product categories and sales channels (B2B HoReCa and Retail) in Russia
- Maintain and expand successful business in Foodservice (B2B) and prepare entry into B2C including development of consumer brands, retail chains activities and market interaction program.
- Develop and implement a detailed marketing plan for the development of the product groups and channels in line with the strategy of the company
- Incorporate central initiatives into local marketing plans
- Collect information from the market, trend analysis, competitor data and consumer insights
- Create market analysis, provide presentations and reports on markets & channels
- Gain strong understanding about the usage trends and favorites product categories among customers. Initiate and manage marketing research projects
- Coordinate and plan new product development projects. Close cooperation with NPD specialists.
- Strong and close cooperation with Sales and support Sales with service (info, data, presentations, reviews, account profitability )
- Based on market insights and market data to develop product claims and sales argumentation
- Responsibility for portfolio management, cost-price & margin management
- Manage integrated marketing communication for B2B and B2C parts of the business, including strong digital program.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to feedback on the success to the company and for future planning.
- Lead and motivate the team through effective and timely reviews, objective setting, development programmes and regular feedback.
- Develop and sustain strong working relationships with key clients.
- To lead A&P budget;
- Build and maintain regular and professional communication with the Global category teams.
- To champion products and brands internally making sure all elements of the
- company understand the portfolio, brands and their goals;
Required Skills & Experience
- University Degree in Marketing or Business Studies
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Understanding of both Retail and B2B HoReCa markets
- Excellent Russian and English communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Hard-working, organized, proactive, analytical, creative and result oriented with the ability to travel
