Manage CS HUB operations in Russia & CIS
Functional & disciplinary leadership for CS HUB Team
Manage local communications with other business functions as single point of contact
Manage HUB KPIs and all optimization activities Develop, implement, maintain and optimize the processes in order management and follow-up & ensure realization.
Visit of clients for improvement of relationship and a gain of trust and recognition from clients for the further growth of business in the region
Process Non-Conformances (NCM) as agreed with the related Sales Dept., also follow up the teams NCM performance
Ensure Customer Master Data is recorded via web and contribute to data quality by regular review of relevant information for order management
Drive customer intelligence in cooperation with BUs
Monitor and control efficiency and effectiveness of HUB operations
Manage capability improvements in own operations, follow up all local IT projects,
ensure full participation in HUBs team
Participate in BASF / BU CSO mandatory trainings
Understand model specific performance indicators and proactively support actions and corrective measures
Forster implementation of IT tools in close cooperation with FS
Prepare periodical or specific reports & presentations on management request
Regular group meeting to improve team work and discussion on daily work
Actively participate in Monthly BU/FU Meeting
Strong leadership skills IT skills in the SAP, CRM tools, e-commerce Strong communication skills Conflict management Experience in a warehouse management
Experience in a transportation management
Risk management
Good understanding of project management
