Principal activities:

a) Conceptual & Process related:

Implement and follow the NI Group Strategy & Policies.

Define overall NI Sales Strategy (customer, market segmentation, pricing, product sourcing etc) aligned with the Zone and KG Strategy.

Coordinate NI marketing strategy and activities in the local market, ensuring external communication and image, in accordance with Group Guideline

Collect and escalate local NI market needs proposing actions to the Zone/Group in terms of products, processes and tools.

Anticipate and evaluate sales opportunities and risks to achieve the strategic plan and apply contingency alternatives on agreement with the Zone.

Roll-out new Group NI products and processes ensuring that all required processes, tools, etc. are implemented.

Establish NI/MOD efficiency actions to increase installation quality and efficiency.

Partnership with Technical & Field Support Director to agree on the NI/MOD product and service requirements in terms of quality, reliability and cost of material and installation.

Ensure efficient and save NI/MOD Installation Methods & Processes in accordance with Group Guidelines.

Responsible for functions NI Sales Management, NI/MOD Product Management, NI/MOD Fulfilment & Methods, Processes

b) Field Operations related:

Manage the NI Field Operations Team (NI Sales, NI Installation Teams, NI technical & Commercial Back Office)

Ensure Budget Achievement Business Line New Installation

Execute sales with a price strategy that ensures the targets of the products and services on Market Share, C1, and PLR with the given NI product and service requirements in terms of quality, reliability and cost of material and installation (pre calculation).

Manage Fulfillment (installation of ELE & ESC in business lines NI/MOD including Large Project Management) according to standardized NI Methods & Processes to grant top quality and cost effective installation (no Pre-Post Gap, high quality of installations)

Responsible for the completeness and the quality of NI Customer & Contact data for the KG in line with the Customer Data Management guideline.

In case of deviations, establish actions plans to close the gaps in agreement with the Management Team and Area Management.

Ensure NI Sales according to plan

Ensure Installation & Fulfilment New Installations (and Modernization)

Ensure as Management Team member together with the other MTM achievement of Management Result, C1 sold & built and sales budgets.

Capacity Planning & Tracking of Capacity situation on daily business.

Lead the NI teams

Ensure compliance with Schindler Values (Integrity, People Development, Quality, Safety, Customer Focus)

NI Organization/NI Team/ Processes

Lead and develop the NI team, continuously increase know-how and capability of team.

Take all necessary steps to realize the strategic growth plan.
