Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of the company sales goals and profitability.
  • Planning and carrying out marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values and timescales
  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
  • Maintaining Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage and keep track status and information of suspect, prospect and customer.
  • Recruiting and training sales staff based on the Sales Process
  • Allocating specific industry to account executives
  • Setting budgets/targets to himself/herself as well as sales executives
  • Controlling expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  • Supervising, motivating and monitoring sales team performance
  • Maintaining accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by


Key Requirements on Candidates:

  • Higher technical education; economic education is a plus;
  • Good command of English, written and spoken, is mandatory, ability to provide information in a useful and transparent way;
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience and proven track record in selling technological/production equipment and/or its parts and components on the B2B basis with proactive role in a team with high degree of the responsibility;
  • Previous job experience with international companies is a plus;
  • Advanced PC user: MS Office;
  • Valid driving license;
  • Willingness to travel extensively;
  • High level of responsibility, result orientation, well developed communication and presentation skills, ability to work both individually and in a team.
