Our international client – leading the way in simulation modeling software (used by hundreds of companies around the globe for modeling and optimization in supply chains, logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and other industries) – requires a professional to fill the position of:
Senior Marketing Operations Specialist (St Petersburg, Russia)
Role: taking responsibility for the marketing automation system called Marketo, you will conduct campaigns, create content for them, analyze results, and set up processes inside the marketing automation system. Working in a smaller multi-skilled marketing team, you will take part in numerous corresponding marketing activities and play a significant role in promoting company’s products to global markets.
Scope of responsibilities:
- Setting up campaigns and eblasts to nurture leads and drive sales
- A/B testing for email performance improvement
- Analytics and sales funnel optimization
- Internal administration of the Marketo / Salesforce
- Content creation for eblasts and corresponding channels, incl. blogs, social, white papers, etc.
Requirements:
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Experience with marketing analytics tools
- Marketing automation and email marketing experience (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, etc.)
Personality profile:
- Ready to act autonomously and take responsibility for bigger projects
- Able to see the world through clients’ eyes
- Tech-savvy, with skills and abilities to learn new technologies on your own
- Interest in the IT industry and business process optimization
