Tasks:
- Participation in 1C-based automation projects as: 1C Architect, 1C Expert;
1C functionality implementation project management - Leading a team to prepare commercial proposals for 1C-based automation projects
- Identification and agreement of customer requirements to prepare resulting documents
- Description and analysis of automated business processes, including the development of recommendations for their improvement
- Development of optimal solutions maximizing the use of the functionality of standard configurations
- Development and agreement of terms of reference, technical plans to refine systems
- Implementation of mechanisms of integration with other programmes including ERP, CRM, SAP, etc.
- Setting goals for 1C programmers and further testing developed functionalities
- Development of user guidance, reports, regulations and training of system users
- Leading the full cycle of the development and implementation of solutions based on standard 1C configurations
- Working as part of an experienced team on complex TPTA projects for multinational companies operating in all industries (oil and gas, retail, wholesale, media, etc.)
- Working as part of a multifunctional team
Requirements:
- Higher education in accounting, audit, finance, economics, IT
- Knowledge of Russian taxation and accounting
- Knowledge and understanding of the 1C product market, including advanced knowledge of key standard products such as: 1С: Manufacturing Enterprise Management; 1C: Accounting; 1C: Bit.Finance; 1C: Payroll and HR Management; 1C: ERP 2, as a plus: 1С: Holding Management
- Understanding of the composition and specific nature of the functional modules of the above 1C products at the 1C Architect level
- Four or more years of experience in implementing projects in financial and tax accounting automation, complex and comprehensive automation of other functional areas for 1C products (inspections, automation task setting, training and consultation for users, preparation of technical and user documentation, etc.)
- Experience in leading complex 1C-based projects (not only financial and tax accounting) is a plus.
